PLUG IN MAINTENANCE
WordPress Updates
WordPress is a content management system (CMS), software used to build, modify, and maintain websites.
Major updates are released when new features are rolled out or to patch security vulnerabilities. Usually, multiple times per year.
Minor updates are also rolled out as needed (usually monthly).
We will test and manage all WordPress updates for you on your website and ensure that your WordPress CMS continues to run smoothly.
Plugin Updates
Your website maybe party to multiple plugins (not least your page builder – Elementor) that will require updates at varying frequencies to keep your site safe and operating effectively. We will test and manage all of these plugins for you on your website and ensure that your Elementor page builder and all other associated plugins continue to meet industry standards.
Daily Backups
We will ensure you have daily back ups of your website and if there is ever a major problem we will be in a position to support to help you install the latest back up and get you back up and running as quickly as possible.
Plugin Settings
Your website maybe party to multiple plugins (not least your page builder – Elementor) that have a wide range of settings created to support your website functionality and aesthetics. As updates are released these settings can sometimes be reset or connections with your website or other third party systems (e.g. payment gateways, social media platforms or email marketing systems) can be severed and need to be reconnected. We will assist you to ensure these settings remain intact. To perform these setting updates we may require access to your accounts or credentials for a short period of time after which we will exit and recommend you to amend your passwords to keep your information safe and secure.
This Contract is between Yourself (the “Client”) and MyBusinessSupportE (the “Contractor”). The Contract is dated on the date of the consent fpr
- PROJECT AND PAYMENT.
1.1 Project. The Client is hiring the Contractor to deliver the agreed maintenance service outlined above.
1.2 Payment. The Client will pay the Contractor in monthly installments totaling the prioce on cart (GBP) as per the Quotation. The payments will be made by standing order with the following timetable:
- Cart price to be paid in 12 monthly installments on XX of each calendar month
(INSERT PERIOD COVERED)
Once a payment is made, it is non-refundable.
1.3 Invoices. The Contractor will not routinely issue an invoice to the Client for this service. However, if the Client requests an invoice this will be provided in accordance with the monthly payments in Section 1.2. The Contractor will cease provision of this maintenance service if payment is not received by the due date.
- THE CLIENT’S OBLIGATIONS.
2.1 The Client must:
2.1.1 Co-operate with the Supplier in all matters relating to the Service.
2.1.2 Provide, in a timely manner, any materials and any information as the Supplier may reasonably require; in the case of information and credentials, the Customer shall ensure that it is accurate in all material respects.
2.1.3 Obtain and maintain all necessary licenses and consents and comply with all relevant legislation in relation to the Services during the dates between which the Service is to be provided.
